Enjoy this healthy and easy-to-prepare twist on steamed broccoli.
Ingredients
- 500g broccoli – preferably organic
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 mug slithered almonds (you can lightly roast them if you like!)
Method
- Steam the broccoli for about 7 minutes or less, so that it is nicely cooked but still a little crunchy.
- While it steams, stir the tahini, olive oil and honey (maple syrup if you prefer) together in a small mug until smooth and creamy.
- Place the cooked broccoli on a serving plate, drizzle it with the tahini dressing and finally sprinkle the slithered almonds on the top. Enjoy!
